This page covers two documents in one place: the Terms of Service that govern your use of FollowerPanel.com, and the Privacy Policy that explains what data we collect and how we handle it. Creating an account or placing an order means you accept both.

Part One: Terms of Service

1. What FollowerPanel.com Does

FollowerPanel.com sells social media engagement, including followers, likes, views, subscribers, comments, and members, across the platforms listed on our services page. Orders run through an automated delivery system tied to the public profile or post link you submit.

2. Account Registration

You need an account to place an order. You must be 18 or older to register. The email and password you provide are yours to keep secure; we are not responsible for orders placed through an account compromised by a weak or reused password.

3. Placing an Order

You are responsible for submitting the correct profile or post link, and for confirming that the target account is public before checkout. Orders placed against a private account, a deleted account, or an incorrect link do not qualify for a refund, since delivery cannot reach a destination that does not accept it.

We do not guarantee that delivered followers, likes, or views will engage with your content beyond the action purchased. We guarantee delivery of the quantity ordered, not the behavior of the accounts behind it.

4. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows are shown on each service before you order. These are estimates, not fixed commitments. Delivery can run faster or slower depending on the target platform, the size of the order, and conditions outside our control.

5. Drip-Feed and Refill

Drip-feed services spread delivery across the window you select at checkout. Refill coverage, where offered, replaces engagement that drops during the stated coverage period. Refill requests submitted after that period do not qualify for replacement.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Once an order starts processing, it cannot be canceled. If an order cannot be delivered at all, the amount paid is returned to your FollowerPanel.com account balance as credit, not to your original payment method. Balance credit can be used on any future order.

We do not process refunds to a card, PayPal account, or other payment method after a deposit clears. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support before filing a dispute with your bank or payment provider; most billing issues get resolved faster through a support ticket than through a chargeback.

Filing a fraudulent chargeback, meaning a dispute against a charge you authorized and received service for, is grounds for account suspension.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use FollowerPanel.com to promote content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that violates the target platform's own community guidelines, including hate speech, harassment, or sexually explicit material involving minors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates this section.

8. Platform Policy Risk

Buying engagement can violate the terms of service of Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, or any other platform, even where it remains legal under the law of your country. That risk sits with the account owner, not with FollowerPanel.com. We are not responsible for suspensions, restrictions, or other action a platform takes against an account that used our services.

9. Payment Methods

We accept card payments, PayPal, and additional methods shown at checkout. Payment processors handle your financial details directly; FollowerPanel.com does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

10. Limitation of Liability

FollowerPanel.com is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including lost business, lost followers, or account action taken by a third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service as the business changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of FollowerPanel.com after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Part Two: Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Account data: your email address and password when you register.

Order data: the public profile or post URL you submit when placing an order. We never ask for or store your social media password.

Payment data: transaction details processed through our payment partners. FollowerPanel.com does not store full card numbers; the payment processor handles and encrypts that data.

Support data: the content of messages you send through a support ticket, kept so we can resolve your issue and reference it if you write back.

Technical data: collected automatically on every visit, including your IP address, browser type, device type, and the pages you view.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this data to process orders, manage your account, handle payments, respond to support requests, and secure the platform against fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes beyond running FollowerPanel.com.

3. Cookies

FollowerPanel.com uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. Essential cookies are required for login and checkout to function; you can block analytics cookies through your browser settings without losing access to your account.

4. Data Retention

We keep account data for as long as your account stays active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data from active systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax, fraud-prevention, or other legal reasons. Order history may be kept longer for dispute resolution and financial reporting.

5. Sharing Your Information

We share data only where the service requires it: with payment processors to complete a transaction, with infrastructure and support tools that operate on our behalf, or when required by law or a valid legal request. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, restrict certain processing, or receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact support through your account dashboard.

7. Children's Privacy

FollowerPanel.com is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from a user under that age. If you believe a minor has registered an account, contact support and we will remove the account and its data.

8. Third-Party Links

Pages on FollowerPanel.com may link to external sites, including payment processors and social media platforms. This Privacy Policy applies only to FollowerPanel.com; once you leave our site, the destination's own privacy policy takes over.

9. Changes to This Policy

We update this Privacy Policy when our practices change or the law requires it. Updates are posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use your data will be communicated to registered users by email.
